Rachel Cully
My support is based on 3 core beliefs developed over time through my work in schools.

- Keep it Simple; Do it Well
All great things start with a single step. The secret to success is to keep things simple and to do them well. Taking time to ensure that small changes are effective and well-embedded will lead to great things over time. - Develop Rich Environments
Numeracy and language are integral to our lives and should be integral to school life too. Creating rich environments gives our learners every opportunity to flourish, creating context for skills. - Make it Real
Creating meaningful experiences for our learners alongside community and business links gives real contexts in which to develop and apply skills, increases engagement and raises the bar.

I believe that every teacher can be an innovative & effective practitioner. My resources and training have helped 100s of teachers put policy into action in the classroom across Wales.
I provide teachers with the tools to change practice within their own classrooms and facilitate collaboration between practitioners to share and inspire.
My resources are used in schools around the world and are a unique feature of Cully Education’s bespoke, high-quality support and training delivered to schools throughout Wales.
Rachel Cully is the founder of Cully Education which was set up in 2015 to help schools put policy into action in the classroom.
